Returns and Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If on the rare event you are not entirely happy with your purchase We are happy to refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 28 days of receipt complete, unused, in their original packaging. Our returns policy does not apply to some goods that are personalised, perishable goods, audio & video recordings and computer software which has been opened and goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery
Refunds are for the item purchased only. We do NOT refund any postage cost for return of goods, or the initial cost of shipping. If your order value falls below our qualifying free delivery option we will have to deduct £3.95 for shipping from your refund. Or if a discount was applied to your sub total of the order for a qualifying amount that will be deducted if the order falls below the qualifying amount.
We strongly recommend that when returning items you get proof of postage just in case items go missing and this will help you track your returned items.
Once the items have been returned the items will be refunded back on to your card or to your Paypal account. An email will be sent to the email address provided to confirm the refund amount.

Your Right To Cancel Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order however, this does not extend to personalized products, perishable goods, audio and video recordings and computer software, which have been opened and goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery. The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the goods are received by you. We will not be able to refund any postage cost.
